Here are some tried and true recipes for cheese delicacies that will fit the above criteria, but most importantly, they all passed the TASTE TEST!

FOR THE KIDS: SPRINKLE CHEESE CUPCAKE
Your kids will have a blast making this cupcake and even more fun eating their very own creations at the Shevuos Kiddush!
2 Containers Mehadrin 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar + 2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup colorful sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in most of the sprinkles. (Leave some sprinkles over to top the cupcakes after it finishes baking).
Put a cookie into each cupcake holder. Top with cheese mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes – cheese mixture should be firm and a toothpick should come out clean.
Top with the leftover sprinkles.
Elegant Cheese Confection – Doggie Bones
These take a bit more time to make but are oh-so worth it!
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
2 Sticks Mehadrin Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
10 oz Mini Chocolate Chips
24 oz. Mehadrin Unwhipped Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 3.5 oz. Bar Dairy Chocolate, Dark (melted)
Preheat oven to 350º
Cake: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cheese Topping: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over cooled cake. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool and cut into bars.
Dip ends of each bar into melted chocolate and put crunch.

Super-quick, Super-easy, Super-tasty CHEESE CUPS
Short on time but don’t want to compromise? Try these delicious cheese cups, and collect your compliments when you bring it out to taste!
3 Cream Cheese Blocks (unwhipped)
1 Cup sugar
1 Vanilla Sugar
Mix together the above ingredients and place into free-standing bake cups.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
1 small Mehadrin Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Mix together and spread over the cake.
Top with desired topping.
Custard (instead of the sour cream mixture)
